We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management within the architecture industry
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required.
