Entry Level Merchandiser - Ufa, Russia

We are seeking an entry level merchandiser to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are attractively displayed and stocked in retail stores. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for creating eye-catching displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to set up displays, restock shelves, and rotate inventory
- Ensure that all products have correct pricing and are properly labeled
- Build relationships with store managers to maintain positive working partnerships
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Keep track of product sales data and provide feedback on customer preferences
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events or sales initiatives

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with basic merchandising techniques is a plus

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. Candidates must be willing to travel within the city for store visits.
