We are looking for a talented and driven Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to assist in the design and development of building projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are accurate and feasible
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings
- Research building materials and products to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss project requirements and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of construction principles and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently as needed
