Architectural Technologist - Contract Position (Izhevsk)


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed technical drawings and plans for building construction projects in Izhevsk. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and meet all necessary specifications. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and development of detailed technical drawings and plans for building construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary adjustments to drawings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify architectural drawings
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss project requirements
- Keep updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Russian (both written and verbal)

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
