Indian Executive Chef in Hawalli, Kuwait
We are in need of a skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with Indian cuisine. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are authentic to Indian cuisine
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1200$ per month + accommodation
