Senior Architect (Contract)
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, as well as excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients
- Oversee the work of junior architects and other team members
- Ensure projects meet all safety, building code, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with clients and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
