Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided and open to candidates of any nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals and requirements are met
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality, budget, and timeline goals are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
