Senior Architect

Our architectural firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all stages of the design process, from conceptualization to completion. Your duties will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating detailed designs and plans, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Create detailed designs and plans using CAD software
- Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project proposals for feasibility and provide suggestions for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
