Entry-Level Mason

We are hiring an entry-level Mason to join our team in Ufa. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stone. You will work under the supervision of experienced Masons and learn on the job to gain the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring and marking surfaces to determine layout
- Mix mortar or grout to desired consistency
- Lay bricks or other materials in a specific pattern according to blueprints or instructions
- Cut, shape, and trim bricks and other materials as needed
- Clean excess mortar from finished work
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided

Salary:
Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for growth as skills improve.
