Seasonal Waiter in Khasab


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seasonal Waiter to join our team in Khasab. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. You must have previous experience working as a waiter and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with closing duties

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in English, additional languages are an asset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible for visa sponsorship
- Accommodation will be provided
