We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architecture Manager to lead our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Review drawings, specifications, and other project documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and provide guidance on project management best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
