Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main duties will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and government agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
- Review architectural drawings and plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Collaborate with clients on design concepts and provide recommendations based on their needs and budget limitations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field
- Proven experience working as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to review technical drawings for accuracy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Chelyabinsk (or remote)
