Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain smelting equipment according to safety guidelines
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure efficient operation

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a smelter preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain complex machinery
- Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, etc.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Availability for flexible work hours on a part-time basis
