Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Albena. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and conducting financial analysis. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepaids, and other adjustments
- Conduct variance analysis on financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Communicate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations
