Office Secretary
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Secretary to join our team in Yanbu. As an Office Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Managing schedules and appointments for the office
- Keeping records and files organized
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinating with other departments within the company
- Assisting with travel arrangements and bookings
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional secretarial training or certification preferred
- Proven experience as an office secretary or similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
