We are hiring an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized techniques and equipment. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism
- Certification in rope access techniques (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections and identifying potential hazards or damages on industrial structures
- Performing maintenance and repair tasks using specialized tools and equipment while suspended at heights
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicating with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks effectively
- Keeping detailed records of work performed and reporting any issues or concerns
