Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Moscow. Your main duties will include conducting research and analysis on the history and construction of these structures, assessing their condition, and developing plans for their preservation. You will also work closely with local government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with preservation regulations and guidelines.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of historical preservation techniques. Previous experience working on preservation projects is preferred but not required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and present your findings to stakeholders.
This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so individuals must be able to secure their own housing in Moscow. Visa sponsorship may be available for non-Russian nationals. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the field of historic preservation. If you have a passion for preserving cultural heritage and are eager to contribute to the restoration of Moscow's architectural treasures, we encourage you to apply for this position.
