Job Title: Preservation Architect - Moscow, Russia


We are currently hiring a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while ensuring they meet modern safety and building code standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans and strategies in accordance with local regulations and building codes
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and project management
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure preservation techniques are properly implemented
- Conduct research on historical architecture and materials to inform preservation efforts
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing projects to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies throughout the preservation process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to conduct thorough research on historical architecture and materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
The role is based in Moscow, Russia. Please note that due to visa requirements, applicants must have a biometric passport.
