Part-Time Computer Support Specialist



We are looking for a skilled and reliable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa. As a part-time employee, you will provide technical support to our clients on an as-needed basis. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing remote assistance.

To excel in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and networks. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Salary: $1000 per month (based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (local candidates preferred)

Job Type: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Document all support activities accurately
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in IT or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks (Windows and Mac)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if needed
