Entry-Level Blast Furnace Worker



As an entry-level Blast Furnace Worker in our facility in Dubrovnik, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation and maintenance of our blast furnace. This physically demanding role requires someone who is able to work in a hot and noisy environment while following strict safety protocols.

Your main duties will include monitoring equipment, loading and unloading materials, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will also assist with the preparation and blending of raw materials for production.

No prior experience is required for this role as we are willing to provide on-the-job training. However, candidates with experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting will be given preference.

We are also open to sponsoring visa applications for qualified candidates who may not be currently authorized to work in Dubrovnik.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong work ethic, be able to work well within a team, and have good physical stamina. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail is also essential.
