We are in need of a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis in Khasab, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. This is an urgent job with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans and strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to stores
- Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met
- Maintain visual displays and ensure products are presented in an attractive manner
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and promotional deals

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and retail operations
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market competition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Khasab if not already located there

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
