Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, as well as the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization. This position is based in Izhevsk and offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month with visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends
- Create data visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights
- Develop and maintain reports for key stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve data quality and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a non-technical manner
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
