Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Bayan, Kuwait)


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring high-quality food and service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, menu items, and restaurant procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine including spices, cooking techniques, and cultural influences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate peak business hours
- Must have legal authorization to work in Kuwait

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation. This is a seasonal job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
