Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Khasab, Oman



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Biometric passport is required for this position.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory and supplies, and creating and implementing marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Ensure high-quality customer service is maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency
- Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the restaurant industry
- At least 2 years experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
