CNC Operator


We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our growing team in Osijek. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC programming and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to instructions
- Understand specifications and blueprints to determine proper machine settings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines or production process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow all safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a CNC Operator preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and measurement equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Osijek, Croatia.
