The role of an Advertising Manager is to oversee the planning, development, and execution of advertising campaigns for a company or organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advertising strategies for clients
- Conduct market research to understand target audience and current trends
- Collaborate with clients to define campaign objectives and budget
- Manage a team of designers, copywriters, and media planners to create advertising materials
- Monitor and analyze the success of campaigns, making adjustments as needed
- Negotiate with media outlets for the placement of ads
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Proven experience as an Advertising Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1200$ per month, but may vary depending on qualifications and experience.

Preference:
While this position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of nationality or location, preference will be given to Pakistani or African candidates who are fluent in English.
