Sales Manager - Malayalees


We are currently hiring a Sales Manager for our company based in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Must be of Malayalee nationality with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary offered for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ar Rumaythiyah. Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside in this city.
