We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the region.
