Part-Time Handyman in Moscow


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Moscow on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks. This is an urgent job, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems or hazards
- Maintain and repair equipment and tools
- Respond promptly to emergency situations such as floods or power outages
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina for performing manual labor tasks
- Good time-management skills
- Must be able to provide own transportation

Preferred:
- Experience working with different types of building materials such as wood, drywall, and tile
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling hazardous materials
- Ability to communicate effectively in Russian

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

This position is located in Moscow, Russia.
