Office Assistant/Receptionist
Our office in Mecca, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Order office supplies as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events as requested by management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
