Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, reviewing plans and budgets, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience working with Indian construction workers is preferred. Salary is 1000$ per month with accommodation provided. Own visa is required.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will:

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being completed as per plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction industry
- Experience working with Indian construction workers preferred
