Indian Pastry Chef in Hawalli

We are a renowned five-star hotel in Hawalli, seeking an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delectable desserts and pastries, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create new and innovative pastry dishes
- Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods
- Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all pastry items
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Comply with food safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable establishment
- Proficient in creating different types of desserts, pastries, and breads
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
