Contract Administrator in Isa Town
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts for our company in Isa Town. This includes negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and maintaining accurate records. You must have experience in contract management and be able to work independently. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, and accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage all phases of the contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution to renewal or termination
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Monitor performance of contractors and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex documents
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Biometric passport required for international travel
