Job Title: Architectural Technologist for Contract Work in Moscow


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist for a contract position in Moscow. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical and design support to the architectural team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and has a passion for architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop detailed design drawings
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with project designs
- Assist in developing specifications and material selection for projects
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues during construction phase
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects or in different cultural contexts is a plus
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided.

Contract Details:
This is a full-time contract position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.

The job will be based in Moscow, Russia.
