Architectural Technologist (Moscow)

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Moscow. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and plans for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of building regulations and codes, as well as excellent technical skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to have their own visa.

Key responsibilities:
- Producing detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Liaising with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Conducting site surveys and preparing reports
- Ensuring all designs comply with building regulations and codes
- Keeping up to date with industry standards and trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of building regulations and codes
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian would be an advantage)
- Must have own visa for work in Moscow
