We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features. This is an urgent job position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports and maps
- Identify property boundaries, easements, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and plans
- Manage survey projects from start to finish including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams
