Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and troubleshoot problems
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components of plumbing systems
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with other team members on projects as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. However, some overtime work may be required for emergency repairs. You will primarily work indoors but may occasionally need to work outdoors or in confined spaces. You may also need to lift heavy equipment or materials.
