Position: Barista (Indian Nationals)
Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring experienced and passionate Indian Baristas to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with the highest level of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Ensure quality control by consistently using correct measurements, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid passport (preference given to those already residing in Qatar)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art skills is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
