Head Chef
As a skilled and experienced Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations and lead a team of culinary professionals in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment will be crucial in ensuring the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to seasonal menu changes. You must also have prior experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menu items based on seasonal ingredients
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation: Salary starting at 1000$ per month
Location: Izhevsk, Russia (visa sponsorship available)
Please note that this is a seasonal job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently living in or willing to relocate to Izhevsk.
