Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Salalah. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, menu selection, inventory, and budget
- Train, supervise, and schedule employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers by ensuring a clean and organized restaurant
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management to control costs
- Develop new menu items and specials to keep the menu fresh and appealing
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality or related field is preferred)
Salary: 1500$ per month
Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
