We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination within the company
- Develop training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Fluent in Russian language with good command of English (both written and verbal)
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full time position.

Location:
This is an on-site position located in Izhevsk, Russia. Candidates must already be living in or willing to relocate to Izhevsk.
