Industrial Architect
We are searching for a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial design principles and experience in creating functional and efficient spaces for manufacturing facilities. Our company offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Russian employees.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial spaces
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for industrial projects based on functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety codes and regulations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design or architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to industrial spaces
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international projects or with multinational clients
- Fluency in Russian language
