Entry-Level Merchandiser


We are in search of a dynamic and driven Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting our products in retail stores, ensuring they are visually appealing and stocked appropriately. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience, making it ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the merchandising industry.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to set up displays and ensure products are neatly arranged
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Communicate with store managers to ensure our products are given prime shelf space
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on current trends and competition
- Collaborate with sales team to create promotional strategies for increasing sales
- Report on store visits, sales figures, and market observations to management

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (this is a legal requirement for working in Bahrain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
