Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales and increasing brand awareness for our company. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services
- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and conduct research to identify potential customers
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted campaigns
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content for various platforms
- Coordinate with external agencies for advertising campaigns
- Plan and organize events, such as product launches or promotions
- Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role or internship experience in marketing/sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the retail industry or as a merchandiser
- Knowledge of market analysis tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush
- Fluency in Arabic language is a plus
Location: Manama, Bahrain.
Salary: $1700 USD per month.
