Restaurant Manager



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Create schedules for employees and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop new strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance of the restaurant
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Must have a valid UAE work visa (own visa preferred)
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ USD per month (based on experience)
