Restaurant Manager in Dubai


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including customer service, staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Create work schedules for staff based on business needs
- Prepare financial reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Dubai.

Preference:
