Administrative Assistant - Bayan, Kuwait
We are currently in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain records and filing systems accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle office supplies inventory and ordering
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
