Office Assistant for International Company
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our international company in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting our team in day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, and other documents
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing
- Help with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (preference for Indian or Egyptian nationalities)
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
