Sales Manager - Al-Malikiyah, Syria
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Manage the sales team, provide training and support to ensure their success.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve product offerings and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must have own visa for employment in Syria.
