Sales Manager


We are a growing company in the city of Al-Malikiyah, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective sales campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 5 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales forecasting, and data analysis
- Ability to travel locally or internationally as needed
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
